Bringing a wealth of 20 years experience in the AV industry to the role, James joins the Maverick AV team from ScanSource Communications, where he delivered a significant re-organisation of the company structure, whilst running a team of country Managers and Vice Presidents across Europe. He also worked with major vendors and customers to develop sales strategies, something that attracted him to Maverick in the first place.

First and foremost, James intends to listen and learn. He’s keen to understand what exactly drives customers to choose Maverick, as well as learning more about the personalities in his team. Given the ambitious plans to deliver a great breadth of solutions and services, he wants to ensure all bases are covered before developing and executing strategies across the UK and European channels.
